Dr. Reid Wilson, a clinical psychologist in North Carolina, has assembled a web site www.anxieties.com, that describes a cognitive-behavioral approach to anxiety disorders that is compatible with my way of working with these problems. His web site also advertises workshops and online courses for those with anxiety disorders. Dr. Wilson has written some of the best books on anxiety disorders, resources that can aid anyone trying to increase their understanding of anxiety and how to get over an anxiety disorder. These books include Don’t Panic and Stop Obsessing (the latter co-authored with psychologist Edna Foa Ph.D.)
